e.max CAD is delivered to the lab in a pre-crystallized form that is
ideal for milling. Indicated for single unit anterior and premolar
copings, e.max CAD offers superior efficiency. It minimizes wear
on CAD/CAM milling instruments and the absence of shrinkage
means that manual adjustments are easily accomplished. After
milling the e.max CAD as a blue block, it is crystallized in a
porcelain furnace for about 35 minutes. The material undergoes
a dramatic color change and final physical properties are
established. The result is a highly esthetic, high strength glass
ceramic restoration that helps you achieve your productivity goals.
