For indications where high strength is required including anterior
and posterior multiple unit bridges, IPS ZirCAD is the ideal choice.
This zirconium oxide material can be processed efficiently in a
CAD/CAM system and delivers a flexural strength of over 900 mPA.
IPS e.max ZirCAD blocks are supplied in two sizes. The C15 block
is used to fabricate single crown copings, while B40 blocks are used
for bridge frameworks and batch processing.

IPS e.max ZirCAD frameworks are either veneered with IPS e.max
Ceram or IPS e.max ZirPress is pressed onto them. The specially developed ZirLiner provides an optimum bond, no matter which
technique you choose.
